2011 PGTRI Sprint Triathlon:

Fun, family triathlon, great for first timers.

The kids race is first at 8:00 am and the parents and adults race is at 9:00 am.

Local triathlon all proceeds go to support PG Summer Swim Team.

Great goodie bag and lot of prizes in the raffle afterwards. Well marked course, medals for all finishers. Come enjoy a beautiful race in Pleasant Grove.

This is a reverse tri , run, bike swim.

Teams welcome

Course Information:

This is a reverse Triathlon. The run is first, then bike and last swim.

The bike course is 4 miles a lap, two laps.

The swim is a serpentine pattern in a long course pool , so down and back move up a lane five times.

We have volunteers along a well marked route.
