2011 Mandell JCC Women's Indoor Triathlon:

  • Test yourself with this Indoor Triathlon Challenge!
  • This 3-sport challenge is a great opportunity for a beginner to get the taste of the triathlon experience or a veteran triathlete to measure the effectiveness of her winter training.

    • Course Information:


    20 min. pool swim, 20 min. indoor cycle ride, 3 mile outdoor run

  • The event will consist of a 20-minute pool swim, a 20- minute guided ride on an indoor bike, and a 5K (3.1 miles) outdoor run on the Mandell JCC campus.
  • We will track your swim laps and time your outdoor run.
  • There will be no distance tracked on the bike portion.

  • The first wave begins at 12:30 p.m.
  • There are 9 waves of 12 women each.
  • Your wave could start anywhere from 12:30 p.m. until 3:15 p.m.
  • Please factor these varying start times into your entry decision.
  • You will be required to arrive only 30 minutes prior to the start of your wave.

    REFUND POLICY: If you are unable to participate, there will be no refunds if you cancel on or after April 4.
