2011 Body versus Earth Triathlon:

  • Get ready for the 13th Annual Body versus Earth Triathlon, which will be held September 10th at Lake Elmer Thomas Recreation Area.
  • Relay teams must consist of three members, and each member will participate in one leg of the Triathlon.

  • Event will begin at 0800
  • Day-of Registration and Registration Packet Pick-Up 0700-0745 at LETRA Lodge

    Registration Fees:
  • Military $25/person
  • Civilian $30/person
  • Team $85/team (3 members, each member participates in one leg of race- Male, Female, or Mixed)
  • Add $5 for Day-of Registration
  • Participants may register online, in person, or by mail:
  • Online (starting 1 July): www.sillmwr.com. Pre-registration will close at noon day prior to event.

  • All participants must read and sign liability waiver prior to participation.
  • Participants 17 & under must have parent/guardian present.

    Course Description (chip timed):
  • 500-meter swim in open water - wet suits optional
  • 18-mile bike ride on pavement - tire choice is yours, helmet required
  • Four-mile trail run- off-road terrain
  • The event is open to military and civilian divisions, mens and womens divisions and mixed division.

    • Directions:


  • LETRA is located about 12 miles northwest of Fort Sill and can be reached by driving on I-44 to Medicine Park Exit (Hwy 49).
  • Take Hwy 49 west taking the first turn into Fort Sill.
  • Directions will be posted from the gate.

  • NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION

    • AWARDS WILL BE PRESENTED TO TOP OVERALL MALE, FEMALE AND TEAMS (MALE, FEMALE & MIXED)
