This event is open to individuals or teams vying to complete a 500 yards swim, nearly 10 mile bike, and a 5K run/walk. Swim will take place in the 16th Street YMCA Pool. Two people per lane; heats will be established prior to race day event. During registration, anticipated swim finish will determine participants placement in starting heats. The 10 mile Cycle will occur around the Lochland housing subdivision and Lake Hastings. And finally the run/walk in on the open road around Lake Hastings. Bike helmet must be worn on cycle portion of the race.
Course Information:
Swim completion is in an 8 lane indoor pool. There will be two people assigned per lane.
All terrain (bike and run) will take place on asphalt/sidewalk or payment. Some areas of road may have loose asphalt and cyclists are asked to proceed with caution.
