Start Time: Races start at 7:30 am with waves running at
15 minute intervals.
All participants must arrive 20 minutes before their
assigned wave start time. Participants will be called
the day before with their start time.

BIKESpecifics: 10 minute
RUN10 minute
SWIMAll participants will be given the opportunity to bike,
run, and swim up to 10 minutes. The participant does
not need to continually bike, run, or swim. The total
distance will be reported.
Age Groups: Age 5 to 7, 8 to 10, and 11 to 13
Awards: All participants that register before May 1 will receive
an event T-shirt.
All participants will receive a backpack, water bottle,
and medal.
Registration: Each participant should complete a registration form
and submit to the Y with payment via mail or in person.
Race Day registration is on a space available basis.
