Registration opens at 8 a.m. with the race starting at 9 a.m. The course will be a 3k run, 12 k bike, 3k run. The run will be an out and back to give you a preview of the beautiful ride. The ride will be through open farmland, with rolling hills and views of lake Champlain(all on paved roads). The second run will be out and back again to cheer on your fellow athletes as they come in from their ride. Awards will be given out to the Top 3 Males, Top 3 Females and 1st Place Relay.
