2011 Give it a TRI Indoor Triathlon:

Take the challenge and give it a TRI. The Mason Community Center and Mojo Running will host this non-competitive event designed to introduce participants to a triathlon or test your winter training.

Course Information:

The event consists of a 10-minute swim in our competition pool

8-minute T1

20-minute bike on our spin bike

2-minute T2

20-minute run on our indoor track.

Performance is determined by total distace covered.
