Course Information:


500 Meter Swim Course:
  • The swim is in a beautiful recreational swim lake.
  • The course is a one lap counter-clockwise rectangle.
  • (Bouys on your left)

    13 Mile Bike Course:
  • The bike course is an out-n-back mostly flat-to-rolling with one challenging hill..."The Ma'Langa Ga'Langa"... at approx. the 3 & 10 mile markers.

    5K Run Course:
  • The 5K run course is 2 X 1.55M loop.
  • A mostly flat course through the peaceful campground roads.
  • Duathlon Run #1 will be 1 lap of the course.
