TRANSITION DEMO STARTS AT 7:45am, please arrive in time to see/hear this and give yourself time to set up. Receive hands on tips and feedback from coaches that meet you at your level. Practice all three legs and both transitions while building your technical skills and increasing your efficiency in the swim, bike and run. Skill-building clinics are appropriate for beginners to int/adv athletes. WE HIGHLY recommend you check out and sign up for our open water swim clinics and pool clinics!
