10-minute swim in lap pool
[br] 10-minute transition (swim to bike)
[br] 30-minute bike on stationary bike
[br] 5-minute transition (bike to run)
[br] 20-minute treadmill run

[br] Each participant will select a preferred start time during registration.
[br] Start times will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis and to the closest available slot possible.
[br] Each participant will receive an email with a unique start time and official rules prior to the event.
[br] Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your designated start time.
[br] Packet Pickup: Packet pick-up will occur day of race at the Chandler/Gilbert Family YMCA.
[br] Packets may be picked up as early as 7:00 am.
