_ 2017 Heartland Heat Sprint Triathlon:
A sprint triathlon that consists of a 400 meter swim, a 12 mile bike ride and a 3.1 mile run. The swim portion will take place at The Springs Aquatic Center. Both the bike ride and run will take place at Tiffany Hills Park.
Individual or Relay divisions.
Course Information:
The swim portion will be a 400 meter swim that takes place at the 8-lane, 50 metercompetitive pool at The Springs Aquatic Center, located nearby. The bike ride will be a 12 mile, mostly rural, partially hilly rout west of tiffany hills park and back. The run will be 3.1 miles (5k), and consist of one long hill with the beginning and ending run mostly on the flat.
