Baltazar Rebeles was a long time resident of Willacy County. He loved children, farm life and lending a helping hand to others. To honor his memory and legacy a fund has been set up to purchase and or add on to the projects of the youth of Willacy County at the annual Willacy County Livestock Show & Fair. Baltazar believed in giving everyone an opportunity and saw the potential in everyone he met. Our desire is that his beliefs will be passed on to the youth helped by our future fundraisers.
Our objective is to host multiple fundraising events throughout the year to benefit the youth of Willacy County at the annual county fair & auction, this bike ride and 5k Run will be one of our major fundraising events.
