- The 34th annual Willow Lake Triathlon will be held on Saturday, July 29th starting at 7:00 AM. This is a continuous swim-bike-run endurance race. The start/finish/transition area is located at Willow Lake addition in Enid. The swim is a loop course (lake temperature is about 74° - 76°) The bike course is a loop on paved roads with little traffic throughout most of the course and will end back at Willow Lake adjacent to the transition area. The run is a loop through the beautiful Willow West addition on paved roads. Both the bike and running course are flat. A triathlon is an unusually strenuous event. We urge you not to enter unless you have adequately trained and are in excellent health.

The YMCA Willow Lake Triathlon is a continuous swim-bike-run endurance race. The start/finish/transition area is located in Willow Lake addition in Enid. The swim is a loop course (lake temp is about 75 degrees). The bike course is a loop course on paved roads. The run is a loop through the beautiful Willow and Willow West addition on paved roads. Both the bike and running course are flat.
