Event details and schedule
The 1k kids race will start off the festivities at 730am sharp. Following that, we will begin the NEW 5 Mile Bike Trail Race to get them off an out of the runners way at approx 745am. Immediately following the bike start, the 5k and 5 mile racers will setoff together approx 3 mins later. It will be HOT, so please dress apropriately. We will have plenty of water and gatorade on the course and at the start and finish line.
THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATIONS OR PACKET PICKUPS..

- The 4th annual Da$h 4 Ca$h 1k, 5k(3.1 mile), 5 Mile (5.0 mile), and now NEW 5 Mile Bike Trail Race takes place on a scenic loop course of the beautiful Oso Creek park during the peak of Corpus Christi's hot summer months. It starts on the hidden trail heads located at the very back corner of Safety Steel rd, directly behind Bill Witt park soccer fields, right off of Yorktown blvd. These trails are composed of mainly old jeep roads and shaded single track mountain bike paths. There are a few very small rolling hills and a few twists and turns as the course follows the Oso Creek waterways and Kennedy Ranch fence border . You start and finish this running event while cruising past a live band motivating you to cross the line. The event also includes a free Bar-B-Que lunch comprised of smoked sausage tortilla wraps, and post-race festival complete with live music, plenty of finger snacks, water, gatorade, fruits, and of course ice cold kegs of beer. Because of the cash prizes, this should be a very competitve and interesting race..The Da4h 4 Ca$h Trail Race is the only trail event of its kind here in Corpus Christi, Tx. These trails were just recently cut and created by the Corpus Christi Parks and Recreations dept. Come and see a diffrent side of your city that you may not have ever experienced. Run, Race, or Jog while taking in the sights and scenery of the beautiful outdoor wildlife.The 2015 & 2016 race sold out due to the size of this parks capacity, and this year there is a 300 participant limit, so register early to ensure a spot.ALL REGISTERED RUNNERS WILL RECIEVE A T-SHIRT AND A CUSTOM FINISHERS MEDAL!
