Long Course Triathlon Camp (6.20 - 6.22)
[br]Long Course Triathlon Camp 2008 June 20 - 22nd Turner Falls, OK The Fit2train Long Course Training Camp is geared towards the triahlete Rookie (doing their first Half or Ironman) through Advanced (looking to qualify for the Hawaii Ironman). Each group (Rookie, Intermediate & Advanced) will have a coach(s) assigned to that group and will guide the athletes through this awesome experience. Three intensive days of swimming, cycling and running in the beautiful Arbuckle Mountains. - NOTE: 2 DAY OPTION (SATURDAY/SUNDAY) AVAILABLE - Lectures on race planning, nutrition, strategies, what to expect on race day and more! - Nutritional products from Power Bar (gels, bars, drinks) during training sessions - Sag Vehicle - schwag included (to be determined - hat, shirt.. something like that)

[br]8am: 50 miles / 20 minutes
[br] 75 miles / 20 minutes

[br]2pm: Open Water Swim (wetsuits)

[br] 6pm: Dinner / Seminar (Dinner not included)

[br]Saturday: Run / Swim
[br]8am: 60 mile bike / 20 - 40 minute run
[br] 20 mile bike / 10 mile run

[br]* distances and workouts can be customized based on current training levels and experience levels. However, these are the distances that we recommend to be able to do 4 weeks before your goal Half Iron or Iron race.
