_ 2017 Sheffield Lake Triathlon & Duathlon:
A fast and challenging course for both 1st timers and elite.
Chip-timed, wave starts for swim.
Great post-race food!
Course Information:
• Swim is out and back.
• ¼ mile total distance.
• Transition – run through the parking lot.
• Bikes on north side.
• Finish line on south side.
• Bike out west entrance, turn east. Bike course: East to Rt. 83, south to Electric, east to Armour Rd., north to Lake, west back to boat launch parking lot.
• Run out the west entrance, west 1.55 miles (about ½ mile past Root Road, turnaround and back to finish line entering from the west entrance of the park – running west to east to the finish line.
Directions:
From the west:
Rt. 2 east to Middle Ridge Road/Broadway
North on Broadway to Lake Road (Rt. 6)
East on Lake Road to beach
From the east:
I90 to Rt. 301 north to Rt. 6 (Lake Road)
West on Lake Road to Beach.
