SWIM:
1500 meter lake swim, USA Triathlon wetsuit rules will prevail.
Note: The water temperature, on the average, is 70-74 degrees. Wetsuits are allowed with 78 degrees or cooler.
BIKE:
21.5 mile out & back, mostly flat, 2 climbs, asphalt roads.
RUN:
10 km out & back, flat, some shade, dirt and asphalt roads
AID STATIONS:
Aid stations will be in transition area & approximately every mile on the run. Water, fluid replacement, sponges, ice, etc., will be provided along the course. A medical team will be on hand along with ambulance in the course area.
Sprint Distance:
