- Mullica Hill Women’s Tri Club proudly hosts their 7th annual all-female sprint triathlon/duathlon.
The triathlon is a ¼ mile swim in a private lake, a 10 mile ride on the scenic roads in Elk and Harrison Townships, and a fast, flat, out and back 5K
The duathlon is a 2 mile run, 10 mile ride, and a 5k run.
