NOT ALL SUPERHEROES WEAR A CAPE! Join us at the 5th Annual Superhero 5K as we celebrate and recognize those Everyday Superheroes that protect and serve us each day...whether our local public safety officers, armed forces defending our country, or medical staff.

The 5K Run/Walk starts and finishes at the Boys & Girls Club Teen Center on Empire. Proceeds will help purchase bleachers at the Boys & Girls Club of Benton Harbor Fettig Youth Clubhouse.

ENTRY FEES:
5K Run / Walk - Adults and Kids 15 and over: $20 thru March 31
$25 April 1 thru 10 am April 20
$30 Same Day Registration
5K Run / Walk - Kids 14 and Under: $15 through Race Day
Kids' Fun Run - Free

Public Safety Personnel, Active Military and Medical Staff are eligible for a $5 discount on registration. Contact [email protected] to obtain individual or group discounts.

Paid registrations include event t-shirt. Shirt type and size not guaranteed for registrations received after noon on April 14.

Choose from 4 different shirt styles/colors available in 2017, with options to buy all 4 styles!

Kids 1K Fun Run is FREE and participants will receive a finisher’s ribbon. Shirts not included, but Youth sizes are available for purchase.

SWMI RACERS members 15 & Over receive $5 registration discount through race day!

AWARDS
Special awards will be given to the overall male and female finishers in both the run and walk.
5K Run - Medals will be given to the top three finishers in each age group.
5K Walk – Medals will be given to the top 10 male and female finishers.
Kids age 10 & under are eligible to win Superhero prizes by a random drawing of registered participants.

Runners, walkers, and volunteers are encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero! The route starts and finishes at the Boys & Girls Club Teen Center on Empire, and follows along Riverview Drive. The 5K course is USATF Certified and Sanctioned. Overall Male and Female Finishers in both divisions will be Official Course Record Holders!
