The St. Louis Triathlon offers a traditional, Olympic-length course which includes a 1500 meter swim, 25.1 mile bike, and a 10 km run
Swim: The St. Louis Triathlon is committed to a fun, exciting, and safe swim. Your 1500 meter swim course is designed with the athlete’s well-being as our top priority. With sighting buoys at close intervals, turn buoys clearly marked, and safety provided by St. Louis's own Backyard Lifeguards our swim is well suited for experienced athletes, newcomers, and all participants in between. Bike: Spectators get ready!! Our flat, fast bike course is ideal for you to see your athlete at their fastest. As a participant on our 40 km course a PR is in your future. With closed highway lanes and long straightaways an amazing ride is waiting for you. See our website for info on the sprint course.
Run: The beauty of Creve Coeur Lake Trail cannot be adequately described. This scenic out and back paved run is a perfect finish to an epic race. With the green of the trees and the massive lake as your back drop, your triathlon run will be impossible to forget. See our website for info on the sprint course.
Spectators, the unsung heroes of the triathlon. Without family and friends there to cheer us forward, the rigors of our sport would be far more difficult.
The St. Louis Triathlon is dedicated to ensuring that these vital portions of our triathlon family are given opportunity to enjoy themselves while they wait for the next opportunity to see you fly by. St. Louis Triathlon is proud to provide the following amenities:
Feel free to step away from transition and walk to Maryland Heights Expressway and Marin Avenue to see your cyclist zoom past as many as 4 times!!!
Packet pickup for the St. Louis Triathlon will be held from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, May 20. All athletes who will be participating in the St. Louis Triathlon will need to pick up their packet for the event. There is no race-day packet pickup. Please bring a government-issued ID (i.e. state license, passport, green cards) to packet pickup.

We recommend that you arrive at least 1 hour before the race starts to check in, get your race markings and set up your gear in the transition.
