Silver Lake Duathlon combines a 3 mile trail run, followed by a 12 mile road bike ride and then another 3 mile trail run. Located in scenic Rolling Prairie, Indiana, 20 miles west of South Bend, the race provides a unique blend of cross country running around Silver Lake and a smoothly paved bike course throughout the surrounding country roads.
Event details and schedule
The event begins promptly at 9:00 am. Registration opens at 7:00 am. Participant meeting at 8:30 am. All times are central time.

No participation without photo ID and for USAT members, member card must be shown. Please bring a copy of your confirmation page to the event.
Approved helmet required for biking leg.
