- Join the Big Sandy Road Runners as we host our annual Hillbilly Days run for the Kids in Pikeville, KY in support of the Shriner's Children's Hospital!
The race starts and finishes at the Big Sandy Community and Technical college in Pikeville. Race begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday April 22nd, 2017. Choose your distance of 10k run, 5k run or a 2 mile walk! Finisher medals will be awarded to each participant in each event.
Register by 4/08/17 and you'll also receive a free custom race t-shirt. Anyone not registered by the deadline will not receive a shirt.
We are also offering a free KIDS FUN RUN! Every participant in the kids run will receive a finisher medal.
Race day registration will be available from 6:45-7:45 am race morning.
Age awards will also be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of each age division in both male and female divisions. Age divisions are as follows:
