The MadManMini Triathlon is a sprint triathlon with a variety of courses for participants of all ages, experience levels, and families. Individuals can choose to participate in the Long Course - 500yd swim, 15 mile bike, 3.1 mile run, Traditional course - 300 yd swim, 9 mile bike, 2.25 mile run, or Short Course - 200yd swim, 5 mile bike, 1 mile run.
The traditional course offers particpants the option of competing in a Team, Athena (female >150lbs) or Clydesdale (male>200lbs) divisions.
In addition to teh Adult TRiathlon, the MadManMini Kids Tri offers a different division & distance for ages 6-8, 9-11, adn 12-14.
Course Information:
Swimming - The swim leg is completed in teh indoor pool located at the Community Center. Participants enter the pool in the order of their bib number. Swimmers will swim in the same lane until completing the required number of laps for their course.
Biking - The bike leg takes participants through Madison, out to the courntry, before coming back into Madison.
Run - The run course is a loop course taking participants through residental areasin Madison.
Transition Areas - Located in Trojan Field Parking Lot
Finishers Lane - The final 1/2 block is ran through a curved roadway in front of the Community Center.
