A three event race consisting of a 5 minute indoor pool swim, approx. 1 mile bike ride (birng your own bike) and an approx. 1 mile walk/run outside. Each event will be run in waves, with the first wave beginning at 12:30PM. Each wave will be afforded a 7 minute transition between events. Participants entering this race should be able to swim unassisted 2 lengths of the pool (50 yards).
Prizes awarded to all participants with a drawing for a grand prize.
All proceeds will benefit the Invest In Youth Campaign.
Shower facilities and bag storage availalbe in the locker rooms; please bring a lock to secure your belongings.

Other Info:
Packets will be available at the Westside YMCA Member Service Desk 7:00AM - 8:00PM and beginning at 9:00 AM on race day. Participants will be notified by email or phone prior to the event with assigned swim start times. Packets must be picked up at least 1/2 an hour before participant/team swim start time.
