King of the Smokies Triathlon, National Fitness Centers and The Sport Factory have Teamed up to bring you one day filled with Specific Triathlon Training in Swimming Biking and Running!! Our Coach is April Gellatly Burkey from The Sport Factory of Roswell, Georgia. April is a USAT Certified Level I Coach and Professional Triathlete and works with The Sport Factory.
Your Day will start with classroom type seminars followed by hands-on instruction for each of the triathlon specific sports. You will need to bring all your triathlon gear to this event; just as if you were doing a triathlon.
The day will have several guest speakers with topics involving Transition Area Setup, Triathlete Health and exercises. We will also include a catered lunch with Haelthy Balanced Meals and the will end with a group run and group bike if time allows.
Registration is at "IM Athlete" King of the Smokies & national Fitness Centers, Triathlete Training Day.
