Eight years ago we could not have envisioned that our Annual "Tri" for Acts of Kindness SPRINT Triathlon/Duathlon and 5K FUN RUN/Walk would be a noted and widely enjoyed event! Each year we have enjoyed an increasing record number of entries and once again, and as always, we are looking forward to meeting First Timers, returning friends and making new friends.
If this is your first Triathlon, Duathlon or 5K, or if you are you getting ready for a full Triathlon, Duathlon or a Marathon, our 8th Annual SPRINT Triathlon/Duathlon and 5K Run/Walk just might be the perfect event to get you warmed up and tuned up!

The Run Course is 3.1 miles (5K)
