Course Information:

-
Mass start for all races at 7:30am! All runners start at Hilliard Darby High School with the sound of a gun. Athletes will start in the Hilliard Darby High School parking lot for an out and back run that is straight, flat and super fast on the quiet Hilliard Heritage Rail Trails path. At the turn around, Duathletes will return to transition (T1) while 5K and 10K athletes head for the finish line.

For Duathletes, the bike course has a one loop (Sprint) or two loop (Olympic) course. Athletes will exit from the parking lot and turn left onto Leppert Rd then right onto a fast opening 4 mile stretch onto Scioto Darby. A left turn onto Amity Rd will lead the Duathletes onto a challenging 3 mile section of rolling hills. The rest of the course is flat and fast as all make a loop and return to transition.

Its back onto the wary legs for the Duathletes as the 5K sprinters or 10K Olympic distance athletes return to the Trail for the final leg.

Packet pick up at FrontRunner on Lane Avenue.
