2011 Tri4Life Triathlon:

  • September 17, 2011--Save the date on your calendars for the Second Annual Tri4Life Triathlon.
  • We have changed the race up a little bit in an attempt to avoid some of the traffic. The maps for the race course haven't been finalized just yet, but we hope to have them completed in the coming weeks.
  • The distances for the swim and bike are slightly little longer than last year's race.
  • We are also not going to be having a specific Fat Tire division this year.
  • We had a wonderful race last year, and planning on making it even better this year!

  • The Second Annual Tri4Life Triathlon will be Sprint Triathlon held out at the beautiful Ross Barnett Reservoir at the Fannin Landing Boat Launch!
  • The race will begin at 7:00 sharp with a 1/3 mile swim, followed by a 15 mile bike, and end with a 5k run all in and around the Ross Barnett Reservoir.

  • Swim 1/3 mile at Fannin Landing Boat Launch.
  • Bike 15 miles Fannin Landing Cir.
  • Run 5K Runpath to Causeway and Back.

  • All proceeds from the event will go to support the CPC a non-profit Christian organization in the Jackson metro area that has been the hands and feet for the body of Christ to unborn children, women, and men in crisis for over twenty years.
