Course Distances:
Iron Person & Teams - The course consists of a 1/3-mile swim in a shallow lowland lake, 14.8-mile bike course has a few gradual inclines 5 miles out and a relatively flat 4-mile run.
Youth Triathlon :
Includes a 100-yard swim, 1.5-mile bike and 12-mile run course. Flotation devices are allowed. Parents are encouraged to participate with youth to cheer them on along the way.
