Are you looking for a fun and challenging children's only Triathlon? If so, come join MCCS and Headquarters Battalion in our 3rd annual Keiki Koa Kai Tri. This sprint triathlon will consist of 2 age divisions: 7 to 10 year olds and 11-14 year olds. The Keiki Koa Kai Triathlon will start at the Base Pool for the swim portion, and transition to the bike ride throughout the beautiful and scenic Marine Corps Base Hawaii, finishing with the run. This race is open to the general public.
7-10 Yr Olds- Start time is 0630
Swim: 50 Meters - Bike: 2 Miles - Run: .8 Miles
11-14 yr Olds- Start time is 0730
Swim: 200 Meters - Bike: 3.2 Miles - Run: 1.2 Miles
ALL CIVILIANS (NON-DoD) MUST REGISTER 10 DAYS PRIOR TO RACE
