Swim: A triangle pattern from shore out and back, then parallel to the shore along the swim area on west side of lake. Wave starts.
Bike: Sprint Tri/Du: Out (west) and back on MacArthur Road - moderately rolling hills.
Olympic: Loop Course with moderately rolling hills and a long climb.
Run: Flat, fast paved park road. Water stations at three points on the run.

We will be hosting a special guest this year - Jenn Sommerman, triathlete advocate for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. An ovarian cancer survivor, Jenn, currently 46, is raising $100,000 for the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund by participating in 50 triathlons in all 50 states by the time she is 50 years old; all while holding down a full-time job. Jenn was featured in the "Triathlete Spotlight" on page 32 of )in the November 2010 issue of TRIATHLETE magazine .
