Triathlon : Swim 500 yards, Bike 11 miles, Run 3.1 miles

Course Information:

Swim:

The 500 yard swim will be marked with rope held by inner tubes.

Lifeguards will be stationed in the water.

Each swimmer will begin to the right of the rope and swim around the last tube and return back to the beach on the left side of the rope.

Bike:

Participants will then pick up their bikes on the west side of the lake and bike 11 miles.

Run:

The 5k run will be to the east side of the lake.

Water stations will be at the turnaround of the 5K run and at the finish line.
