- The Hero Hustle is a Sprint Triathlon (est. 2016) that takes place in Manchester, Iowa. All proceeds from this race support the men and women of the Delaware County Police, Fire and Ambulance Departments. This is a way for us to give back to those who are there to Serve and Protect us.
Course Information:
Swim - 400 yard swim in Schram Pond (sand entry and exit)
Bike - 16 mile out and back course with low rolling hills for most of the course.
Run - 3.1 mile out and back road (concrete) course with a beautiful 2/3 mile finish that loops around Schram Pond (smooth crushed limestone surface).
Directions:
Schram Park is located ust off of Highway 20, on the South side of Manchester in Northeast Iowa. Take exit 275 off Highway 20, turn North from the off ramp and then turn East on Burrinton Road.
