Directions: - Directions: From Arlington Boulevard (U.S. Route 50), turn north at Manchester Street to its northern end
•• Pass 325 North Manchester Street.
•• Turn right into free parking at Bluemont Park South Shelter, 329 North Manchester Street, Arlington VA 22203.
•• You may also park on-street or at nearby Ashlawn School, 5950 8th Rd N, Arlington, VA 22205 or Bluemont Park North Shelter, 601 North Manchester Street, Arlington VA 22203, both about a quarter-mile walk to the start/finish (we will post signs)
Course: - Out'n'back on Four Mile Run Trail and W&OD Trail
- First mile and last mile are flat, middle mile goes up a moderate hill to the turnaround and then back down

Mission: - We currently educate more than 400 female students in Lare, Nakuru Province, Kenya, between Eldoret and Nairobi, in Great Rift Valley
•• In Kenya, many girls still have no options for secondary school education. Our school fills that void.
•• With the proceeds of our race in 2015 race, we constructed the school building to accommodate the growing number of students enrolled.
•• With the proceeds of our race in 2016, we constructed a certified athletic field and 400-meter track at the school for students' competition and athletic training.
•• With the proceeds of our race in 2017, we will build a girls' dormitory for 450 girls. Currently, students are living in six classrooms.
