_ 2017 Kailua Dash & Splash Aquathlon:

Join us in beautiful Kailua for a 2.8 mile walk/run around Ka'ohao (Lanikai) loop and swim along Kailua beach. We also have a Keiki Dash & Splash Course and 5K Beach Run/Walk. For 3 decades, this race has served as one of the largest fundraisers for our family-oriented paddling club.

Early registration ends midnight 4/17/17. Online registration ends midnight Thursday 4/27/17 (Hawaii standard time). In-person registration available at day-of race (late fees apply).

Event details and schedule

DASH & SPLASH COURSE: 7am start at the Kailua boat ramp. Run approximately 2.8 miles around Ka'ohao (Lanikai) loop in the bike lane. Swim Kailua Beach, 800 meters parallel to shore. Finish at Kalapawai. $30 for Individual; $60 for Relay. Non-refundable. $10 Military or KCC member discount. Entry fee includes t-shirt per entrant. Entries must be postmarked by April 17th.

LATE ENTRIES: Add $10 per entry for entries postmarked after April 17, 2017. Registration is available on day of race.  I understand that T-shirt not guarantee for late entrants.

DAY OF RACE ENTRIES: Add $20 per entry for day-of race entries. Sorry, no t-shirt or packet guarantee for late entrants.

PARKING:  Parking is at Kailua Beach Park.  Overflow parking will be at Lanikai Elementary (click for map).

PACKET PICK-UP: None

RUNNING NUMBER:  6am to 7am Race Day

T-SHIRT PICK UP:  After race at Finish Area.

AWARDS/DIVISIONS: DASH & SPLASH:  Top 3 Overall and top finisher in the following divisions: Individual: 10 & U, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17, 18-25, 26-35, 36-45, 46-55, 56-60, 60+. Relay Team: M, F, Mixed, 15 & under.
