GRANDMAN V-CAMP (virtual) 12 week training plan officially starts March 13, 2017. Learn more at our March 6th Info meeting 6pm @American Legion, 700 S.Mobile St. Fairhope.
Receive your detailed training instructions daily via online tool- Training Peaks. www.trainingpeaks.com. To learn more about the camps- V-Camp and BEAST weekend camp (3/31 - 4/2) please join us on March 6th at the American Legion in Fairhope.
Online training instructions will offer race-specific workouts geared towards progressing you from easy to moderate to more challenging training sessions over three, 4-week phases. After 12 weeks of intentional swim, bike, run training to make you a better triathlete, you will be more than ready for Grandman 2017!
Saturdays are our group training days. Will start @8am (subject to change) from the American Legion in Fairhope and swim, bike, run or any combination on the race course, every Saturday. Please join us if you can. We'll work on improved open water swimming, biking and correct gearing on the hills, and running on the bluff above Mobile Bay to become stronger and stronger for race day.
