This is the 3rd annual Joey's 5K run/walk. Let's dress up GOLD and run!
When you run/walk in GOLD, you will be creating awareness and give HOPE to the 46 children and their families that are diagnosed every day. Proceeds go to patients care and the research for developing less toxic therapies to treat kidney cancer among children and young adults.
Joey's Wings Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit charity, was established in 2014 in the memory of Joey, a 10-year-old boy who loved to run, but was taken from us by childhood cancer on Nov. 26, 2014. 100% of all donations made will be used towards research and treatment options, parents support and advocacy.
Race day registration and packet pick up begins at 8:00 AM. T-shirts will be first come first serve for race day registrants. T-shirts cannot be guaranteed if registration is not completed by Feb. 28.

A post-run party with live music, food, drinks, and awards ceremony. Besides the healthy snacks, fruit and drink, we will have a lot of food from local restaurants!
