Tri To Help - Indoor Triathlon For Epilepsy
Tri To Help is an off season national Indoor Sprint Triathlon. Seasoned triathletes and first-timers compete to raise the most sponsors for this worthy cause which funds epilepsy research. To sign up for a triathlon, you don't have to raise funds, but it is the backbone to the success of what we raise!
All proceeds raised at this event are going to support the following Stroup Kids For Kids Epilepsy Foundation programs:

Course Information
Sprint Indoor Triathlon Course:
10-minute swim in lap pool
10-minute transition (swim to bike)
30-minute bike
5-minute transition (bike to run)
20-minute treadmill run
Scoring
Performance is measured by total distance covered in the time allowed. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
Starting
First heat begins at 7:00 PM. A new heat begins every 40 minutes.
Each participant will select a preferred start time. Start times will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis and to the closest available slot
Heat Times
1) 7:00 p.m. 4) 9:00 p.m.
2) 7:40 p.m. 5) 9:40 p.m.
3) 8:20 p.m. 6) 10:20 p.m.
Packet Pickup
Packet pick-up will occur day of race at The host club. Packets may be picked up as early as 7:00 pm. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your designated start time.
