- Welcome to the 2017 Miami Kids Races. We feature the kids triathlon, duathlon & aquathon events. We also have added a team triathlon event which is open to all age groups. Families and friends are encouraged to race with their children. The events are held at the beautiful Florida International Unoversity Biscayne Bay Campus in North Miami Florida. The event is sanctioned by USAT. We are permitted by the City of North Miami & FIU & have the bike routes completely shut down to traffic. The North Miami Police are also hired and stationed on the bike course.

There are no refunds in the case that the event is cancelled on race morning due to inclement weather. We reserve the right to alter the format in the case that the campus has very wet & flooded streets. If this is the case the duathlon or triathlon may be changed to the format of the aquathon which is a run, swim, run.

A $15.00 transfer fee is in place in case you cannot attend the event. This can only be processed 5 days in advance of the event. No last minute transfers will be allowed.

Event details and schedule

We have early packet pickup & late registration at Aventura City Bikes. This is always the day before our events, which is a Saturday between 10 AM & 2 PM Late packet pickup & late registration is held on race morning between 6 & 7 AM  All races begin at 7:30  It is advised that you show up no later than 6:30. There is no reffunds if the race is cancelled on race morning due to weather conditions.

A $15.00 transfer policy can be utilized 5 days prior to the event. This policy is not in effect after that period. No last minute transfers.
