It is a 90 minute dash for the cash on a gravel/dirt road, closed course, through the heart of a major city! There's nothing else like it in the world so start planning and training now. This is a solo event for overall results but we will have a special, Co-ed Team Challenge component to push competition to another level. 

$10 of each entry to Open Winner (male or female)
$10+ of each female entry to Top Female
$10 of each entry to a random participant (must complete at least one lap)
$10 from each participant to the Trinity Commons Foundation and their support of recreation opportunities in Dallas.

Gravelthon! participants will be entitiled to a $10 discount off Grand Prix entry fees. Please go here (www.Gravelthon.com) to register for Gravelthon first. Allow one business day for us to update the rolls and the system will automatically recognize your discount for the Grand Prix. Registering for Gravelthon! will also allow you to pre-ride the course and take advantage of all perks associated with the All Out Trinity Festival that day.

Rules/Guidelines: This is an all weather event however, course may be modified for safety purposes. Modification can mean moving event to a different location and/or rescheduling to 3/5. There are no refunds. All rules/guidelines below are based on primary event plan and may not be applicable in case of releocation/rescheduling.

Course layout: Final course will be determined week of event depending on conditions. Preliminary plan is for a closed course loop between 9 and 12 miles. 75%+ will be unpaved. Course will be marked with directional arrows and there will be fixed place support in at least 2 locations each lap. Neutral support only. No team support of any kind is allowed on the course. Riders are required to carry all hydration, nutriion, mechanical support with them except for what might be available at neutral support. No feed bags, bottle drops, hand offs, etc. will be allowed. Riders may support another rider with mechanical difficulty without penalty.

Race guidelines: Mass start for all participants with call ups/staging at promotes' discretion. Minimum of 3 laps to be completed by race leaders. Riders deemed to not be in contention after 1 lap can be pulled at promoters' discretion for safety purposes but the intent is to allow all participants to complete the full time/distance.

Race length to be determined by a timed component of 90 minutes. All riders who complete a lap prior to 89:59 will be entitiled start a next lap. Positions will be determined based on number of laps completed/shortest time.

Awards:
Cash awards based on riders preregistered by 11:59 pm local time day before event
Cash payout of $10 per racer to top overall finisher
Cash payout of $10+ per female racer to top female finisher
Cash payout of $10 per racer to random participant (must complete 1 lap)
Award to top Masters finisher in age 50+
Award to top Young Guns finisher in age 30 and under
Award to top Single Speed
Award to top Mountain Bike/Flat Bar

Team Challenge Recognition (Prizes TBD): Teams of 3 people, must have at least one from each gender. All 3 team members must complete at least one lap. Points are awarded by overall finishing position in the race (1st place = 1 point, 6th place = 6 points, etc), lowest score wins. Team challenge award will be announced and promoted soon..
