Race Day: Latitude Member: $40 / Latitude Non-member: $50
Race Series: Latitude Member: $75 / Latitude Non-Member: $105

Race T-Shirt to first 50 registrations
Attire: Preferred attire for swim, bike and run. Bring towel and water bottle. Spin bikes have SPD pedals and clipless cages.
Swim: Only 8 swimmers per wave, 2 per lane. You can swim any stroke that keeps you moving in the lane. No walking allowed. You can rest at the walls as long as you want but keep in mind the clock is ticking!
Registration: 9:00-11:00 AM
1st Wave Starts at 10:10 AM in Latitude Pool
Participants are allowed times for safe transition between race legs. Transitions don't count toward 60 minutes of race time
Scoring: Perfomance is measured by the total distsance cover in the swim, bik and run set times. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
Score = Number of swim lengths + Number of Bike Miles + Number of Laps
