COURSE 

Sprint: 750 meter open water swim - 11 mile bike (2 loops) - 5k run 

Olympic: 1500 meter open water swim(2 loops) - 22 mile bike(4 loops)- 10K run

Super Sprint: 250 meter open water swim - 5.5 mile bike (1 loop) - 2mi run

Course Notes: The swim is in a small, man-made lake. All distances will start together in a time trial/swim stream fashion.   We will start people 1-2 at a time every 1 -2 seconds so it will be a steady stream of people. NO SWIMMING IN LAKE ALLOWED PRIOR TO RACE DAY!! 

The bike is on nice concrete urban roads. The course is slightly hilly but fast. Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance. 

The run course is moderately hilly. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water.

The course officially closes at 11am for all participants.

Race morning pick up is available from 5:30 - 6:00am for an additional $10.

FREE PRE RACE CLINICS

On Thursday all locations except Playtri McKinney hosting packet up will also be putting on a race clinic at 6pm. We will go over what to expect on race day, how to set up your transition and open it up for general questions anyone has.

A Free Pre Race clinic will be held on Saturday, September 23rd at 1pm at Playtri McKinney.  We will go over what to expect on race day, setting up transition and any general questions.

OPEN WAVE

• Top 3 Overall Open Male and Female.
• Open Wave is not eligible for Age Group awards and is intended for elite amateur athletes. 

AGE GROUP 

• Top Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters. 
• Age Group / Weight Class awards will be 3 deep for both Male and Female. 
• Relay Team awards will be for top 3 overall relays.

SUPER SPRINT TRIATHLON

• Top 5 Overall Male/Female. 

AQUABIKE

• Top 5 Overall Male/Female. 

All Finishers will receive a Finisher Medal.
