COURSE 

Sprint: 300 yard pool swim - 12.6 mile bike  - 3.1 mile run

Course Notes:

• The swim will be in a 25 yard indoor pool.
• Swim course is a snake swim - up and down the lane then under the lane rope
• The bike course is a great one loop course on country roads as well as newly paved roads with some rolling hills.
• The run course starts at McKinney High School & winds through a paved run trail and ends at the high school.
• Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water

The course officially closes at 11am for all participants.

Race morning pick up is available from 6 - 6:30am for an additional $10.

FREE PRE RACE CLINICS

On each day the store hosting packet pick up will also be putting on a race clinic at at 6pm during the week(Tue-Fri). For the packet pick up on Saturday, the clinic will be at 1:30pm. We will go over what to expect on race day, how to set up your transition and open it up for general questions anyone has.

AWARDS  

AGE GROUP 

• Top Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters. 
• Age Group / Weight Class awards will be 3 deep for both Male and Female. 
• Relay Team awards will be for top 3 overall relays.

All Finishers will receive a Finisher Medal.
