2011 Splash & Dash Aquathlon:

  • Distances: 400yd swim / 5k run
  • Packet Pick Up: Will be at the Ice Rink located right next to the Point Mallard Water Park from 5:00pm to 7:00pm Friday June 3rd 2011 or the morning of race from 6:00am to 6:45am

    • Course Information:

  • Swim: 400yd swim will take place in the Tennessee River, swimmers will start at a 5 second interval (swimmers must wear swim cap that is provided with packet) Note - Swimmers will start according to their swim times that they put down when Registering
  • Run: 5k run will start in front of Point Mallard Water Park and continue to a fast trail run and then finish on pavement in front of TC Almon Rec Center. Note - Transition will be in the grass area located at Point Mallard Water Park front entrance
