Triathlon : Swim 750 Meters, Bike 12.4 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles
Omaha Olympic Distance Aquabike :
Aquabike : Swim 1500 Meters, Bike 24.9 Miles

2011 Omaha Triathlon:

Olympic Distance & Sprint Distance Triathlon held at the beautiful Glenn Cunningham Lake.

We have Solo, Relay, and Aquabike (Swim and Bike Course only) for the Olympic Distance with a Sprint Option as well for categories.

Swim: 1500 meters

The swim course features a clean lake open water swim in Glenn Cunningham Lake.

Bike: 40 Km

The bike course features a great scenic ride through a more rural area of Omaha with great sights and farmland with lush, rolling hills.

The course is a challenging course with many hilly areas with varying degrees of difficulty.

Run: 10 Km

The run course is an out and back along the trails and grassy areas around the lake. A great scenic route and challenging with different surface areas

Glenn Cunningham Lake can be found off the 72nd St. Exit off Interstate 680 N.
