This is the third race of the Cleveland Tri Club's 2011 Indoor Triathlon Series. Remaining Series Events include:
February 13th at the
March 20th at the Cleveland State University Rec Center
There will be awards for each individual event and an overall race series winner will be crowned at the final event. Cost is $20 for CTC members/$25 for non-members; or $65 members/$85 non-members for the entire race series.
Course Information:
Format
20 Minute Swim
5 minute transition
20 Minute Bike
5 minute transition
20 MInute Run
Swimming will take place in an indoor pool
Bike will take place on spin bikes.
Run will take place on treadmill or indoor track.
Scoring
Athletes will be ranked in each discipline (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) Each ranking will be added together for an overall score. The lowest score overall wins (like golf). Everyone will receive the same bike rank if bikes cannot accurately record distance.
