2011 Omaha Womens Triathlon:

  • Women's Only Sprint Distance triathlon to benefit UNMC's Olson Center for Women's Health!

  • Help women in your community by leading an active lifestyle and participating in the sport you love!
  • We also have certified coached to help you get on your game and ready for the big day, whether you are a beginner or an advanced competitor.

    • Course Information:


    SWIM:
  • The Swim will be a 750 Meter out and back swim at Lawrence Yountman Lake.

    BIKE:
  • The 20k bike is an out and back course starting north on 192nd.
  • West on the Old Lincoln Highway.
  • South on Skyline Drive to Center and back. 

    RUN:
  • The 5k run is north on 192nd Street.
  • Then east on the Old Lincoln.

  • Sprint Distance All Women's Triathlon held at the BRAND NEW Lawrence Youngman Lake.
  • Solo & Relay categories available.
  • Course maps posted on race website .
