Course Information:

The Indoor Triathlon is based on time (60 minutes of racing for each competitor) unlike an outdoor triathlon based on distance.

Participants are allowed times for safe transition between race legs. Transitions dont count toward the 60 minutes of racing time.

*Performance is measured in the time allowed. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
