Boys & Girls Ages 7-15. Check-in 3:30pm. Start Time: 3:30pm. Rain Date: October 6.
Swimming in indoor pool, Biking in outdoor parking lot and running in the field beside the recCenter.

Ages 9-10: Swim 50 yardsm Bike 0.6 miles, Run 1/4 mile
Ages 11-12: Swim 75 yards Bike 0.8 miles, Run 2 laps
Ages 13-15: Swim 100 yards, Bike 1 mile, Run 3/4 mile

Directions:
Parent Information
- A parent or guardian must remain present at the Lititz recCenter during the triathlon.
- Bike safty checks 3:30-4:30pm
- Athletes will be marked with entry numbers for timing purposes. Times will be strictly in the spirit of the event and will only be shared with the individual athletes following the event.
- Athletes will NOT be changing into other clothing for the running and biking events. Athletes may choose to add shorts or running pants for the biking and running events. All swimmers must wear proper swimwear. Optional items: goggles and cap, knee and elbow pads.
- Event ends at approximately 6:00pm
