The 7th Annual Cache Valley Super Sprint Triathlon caps early each year with 250 participants. This triathlon is a delayed start race in that the fastest swimmer goes in the water first then the rest enter every 15 seconds for an hour until they are all in.
Course Information:
The course swim is a 10 lap in a 50 meter pool. The swim goes up one side then under the rope to the other.
The bike is an out and back down a farmers field.
The run is an out and back through a park and covered stream on a trail.
